🏭 Precision Welding: Industrial Crusher Machine Repair

At Hot & Heavy Welding, we were recently called out for a mobile welding job at Intertek in East Arm (0822) to repair a steel crusher machine that had suffered major damage.
The machine’s solid steel brackets had completely snapped in half, affecting its ability to operate safely and efficiently. This kind of industrial equipment takes serious force—and when something breaks, the repair must be just as strong as the original.
✅ Here’s what we did:
- Dismantled components to access the internal side of the damaged bracket
- Preheated the surrounding steel to prepare for welding
- Fully re-welded the bracket from both sides, ensuring strength and structural integrity
- Checked and reinforced all affected joints to ensure the machine was 100% operational
